LED Curing is the forefront of curing. Advantages include lower heat, longer lifespan and lower maintenance. LED is highly energy efficient, resulting in less emissions, a limited off/on startup time, zero mercury vapors, and less investment.
The wavelengths of LED include 365, 385, 395, and 405 nanometers (nm). Our LED systems are manufactured in the USA, are available in a variety of strengths, sizes, and special applications for custom curing, and can be retrofitted to existing finishing lines.
