The PivotPoint Kits are a selection of our components designed to outfit small shops, finishing low volumes of parts and looking to change from the dreaded, time consuming, flat finishing method. These kits allow for an easy transition into PivotLine as production needs increase. Once you try it, we know you’ll love it. This kit is fully compatible with all PivotPoint and PivotLine hanger products.
This kit is designed for a batch size of 10 parts at a time and includes:

The PivotPoint™ Starter Kit is an entry-level cabinet finishing solution designed to help shops transition from flat table finishing to a pivot-based spray and dry workflow.
Who is the Starter Kit designed for?
It is ideal for small cabinet shops, custom woodworking operations, and finishing departments seeking improved efficiency without investing in a full-scale production system.
How does the Starter Kit improve over flat finishing methods?
The system allows cabinet parts to pivot during spraying, reducing the need to flip parts manually and improving multi-surface spray access.
Does the Starter Kit support both spraying and drying?
Yes. Parts can remain mounted in the system for both spraying and drying, minimizing handling and reducing finish defects.
What types of cabinet parts can be finished with this kit?
It is well-suited for cabinet doors, drawer fronts, panels, and similar components requiring consistent edge and face coverage.
Is the Starter Kit expandable?
Yes. The system is fully compatible with PivotPoint™ and PivotLine™ hanger products, allowing easy expansion as production grows.
Does the pivot function improve finish consistency?
Yes. Controlled pivoting allows better spray gun angles and improved edge coverage, promoting uniform film build.
Can the Starter Kit help reduce labor?
Yes. By minimizing flipping and repositioning of parts, it streamlines workflow and reduces operator fatigue.
Is the Starter Kit suitable for low-volume production?
Yes. It is designed specifically for lower-volume cabinet finishing operations looking to increase efficiency.
Can this system be installed in most spray booths?
The PivotPoint™ system is designed for integration into standard spray booth environments, depending on mounting options.
Does the Starter Kit reduce rework?
Yes. Improved spray access and reduced handling help decrease missed edges and touch-up requirements.
Is this considered an entry-level finishing solution?
Yes. The Starter Kit provides an accessible introduction to pivot-based finishing systems.
Can additional hangers be added later?
Yes. The system supports the full range of PivotPoint™ and PivotLine™ hanger accessories.
How does this kit improve spray booth organization?
It centralizes part handling around a pivoting hub, creating a more structured and repeatable finishing process.
Does the system support different coating types?
It is designed for finishing processes that benefit from consistent surface access and controlled part positioning.
Is the Starter Kit a pathway to PivotLine™ systems?
Yes. It allows shops to begin with a compact system and transition into larger PivotLine™ configurations as needed.
Does this kit help improve drying efficiency?
Yes. Suspended parts receive improved airflow exposure compared to flat surface drying methods.
What production challenges does the Starter Kit address?
It reduces inefficiencies associated with flat finishing, including excessive handling, long cycle times, and inconsistent coverage.
Is the Starter Kit appropriate for custom cabinet work?
Yes. It is well-suited for custom and small-batch cabinet production where flexibility and finish quality are priorities.
Why choose the PivotPoint™ Starter Kit instead of continuing with flat finishing tables?
