Available in a full range of sizes, lamp configurations, and options to suit your specification.

The STM-RUV cure oven is capable of a combination of gallium and mercury vapor lamps in every position; allowing for the curing of colors, clears, and more. The variable power settings save time, energy, and keep product cool.  Various size and lamp options are available allowing for faster run speeds and higher production rates.

These ovens are generally paired with roll coaters and sprayers for total surface curing.  In line B-Stage, or half cure, is used to coat on top of a semi-cured surface.  This allows for minimum machine requirements and lower power consumption.  RUV Cure Ovens are easy to use, efficient, and run cool.

What is the STANZA MACHINERY STO UV Oven?

The STANZA MACHINERY STO UV Oven is an industrial UV curing system designed to instantly cure UV-reactive coatings applied to panels, doors, furniture components, and millwork parts in automated finishing lines.

What types of applications is the STO UV Oven best suited for?

The STO UV Oven is ideal for curing UV finishes on cabinet doors, drawer fronts, flat panels, furniture parts, and architectural millwork where fast cure times and high throughput are required.

How does a UV oven work?

A UV oven exposes coated parts to controlled ultraviolet light, triggering rapid polymerization of UV-curable coatings and producing a fully cured surface in seconds.

What types of coatings can the STO UV Oven cure?

The STO UV Oven is designed for UV-curable sealers, primers, base coats, and topcoats used in industrial wood finishing environments.

What are the benefits of UV curing compared to conventional drying?

UV curing provides instant cure times, increased production speed, reduced floor space requirements, lower energy usage, and improved finish durability compared to air or convection drying.

Who should consider the STANZA MACHINERY STO UV Oven?

The STO UV Oven is ideal for cabinet manufacturers, furniture producers, and finishing operations that require fast curing, consistent finish quality, and scalable production capability.

Is the STO UV Oven suitable for production environments?

Yes. The STO UV Oven is engineered for mid-to-high production environments, supporting continuous operation and repeatable curing results across large production runs.

How does the STO UV Oven improve finish quality?

By curing coatings instantly, the STO UV Oven reduces dust contamination, improves surface hardness, enhances chemical resistance, and ensures consistent finish performance.

How does the STO UV Oven compare to LED UV curing systems?

Traditional UV ovens like the STO use lamp-based UV technology suitable for a wide range of UV coatings, while LED UV systems offer lower energy consumption and minimal heat. The choice depends on coating chemistry, production speed, and energy priorities.

Can the STO UV Oven be integrated into an automated finishing line?

Yes. The STO UV Oven integrates seamlessly with vacuum coaters, spray systems, conveyors, sanding equipment, and material handling automation to form a continuous finishing workflow.

What part sizes and configurations can the STO UV Oven handle?

The STO UV Oven is available in multiple widths and configurations to accommodate different panel sizes, line speeds, and production requirements.

Does the STO UV Oven reduce labor requirements?

Yes. By eliminating long drying times and manual handling between coating and curing, the STO UV Oven reduces labor needs and improves overall workflow efficiency.

Is the STO UV Oven energy efficient?

Yes. UV curing systems use significantly less energy than traditional thermal ovens and reduce HVAC load due to lower heat output.

Is the STO UV Oven safe to operate?

Yes. The STO UV Oven is designed with protective shielding, interlocks, and safety features to protect operators from UV exposure when operated according to manufacturer guidelines.

How does the STO UV Oven fit into a STANZA finishing system?

The STO UV Oven is a core curing component within STANZA MACHINERY finishing systems, commonly paired with vacuum coaters, stain wiping machines, and automation for complete end-to-end finishing solutions.

Is financing available for the STANZA MACHINERY STO UV Oven?

Yes. Flexible financing options are available through Centex Automation, allowing manufacturers to invest in UV curing technology while managing capital expenditures.
