The 4000 Smart Faster is the most automated machine in the 1+0 lineup. The defining feature is the automatic tool changer, a 4-slot tool clamp that automatically cycles between different milling tools during a single program.

For shops running jobs with multiple milling operations per panel, such as rough cuts, finish cuts, profile cuts, and slot cuts, the automatic tool changer eliminates manual tool changes as a production bottleneck.
