Pocket Screws – All the screws needed for hanging your parts from the included Offset and Universal Hangers.
Specifications
What are Guffey Systems PivotPoint™ Kits?
PivotPoint™ Kits are bundled component packages designed to help small shops move away from time-consuming flat finishing methods and transition into a pivot-based spray finishing workflow.
Who are PivotPoint™ Kits designed for?
These kits are ideal for small cabinet shops and millwork operations finishing low volumes of parts and seeking a more efficient, professional system.
What problem do PivotPoint™ Kits solve?
They eliminate the inefficiencies of flat table finishing, reducing the need to lay parts down, wait for drying, flip them, and spray again.
How do PivotPoint™ Kits improve production efficiency?
By allowing parts to pivot during spraying, they reduce handling time, improve multi-side access, and streamline workflow inside the spray booth.
What batch size is this kit designed to handle?
This kit is designed for batch sizes of up to 60 parts at one time.
Is this kit compatible with PivotLine™ systems?
Yes. The kit is fully compatible with all PivotPoint™ and PivotLine™ hanger products, making future expansion simple.
Can this kit grow with my shop as production increases?
Yes. It is designed as an entry-level system that allows an easy transition into a full PivotLine™ setup as production demands expand.
Does the PivotPoint™ Kit reduce labor?
Yes. By minimizing flipping and repositioning of parts, it reduces manual handling and operator fatigue.
How does this kit compare to traditional flat finishing?
Unlike flat finishing, which requires spraying one side at a time and waiting between coats, the PivotPoint™ system allows controlled repositioning for efficient multi-side finishing.
Does the system improve finish consistency?
Yes. Controlled pivoting and improved spray access help promote more even film build and reduce missed areas.
What types of parts can be finished with this kit?
It is well-suited for cabinet doors, drawer fronts, panels, face frames, and other millwork components requiring multi-surface finishing.
Is installation complicated?
The kit is designed for straightforward integration into most spray booth setups, depending on available mounting surfaces.
Can additional hangers be added later?
Yes. The system is fully compatible with the complete range of PivotPoint™ and PivotLine™ hanger products.
Is this kit suitable for small production runs?
Yes. The 60-part batch capacity makes it ideal for moderate production runs without investing in a full automated finishing line.
Does this kit help reduce rework?
Yes. Improved spray access and reduced handling help minimize touch-ups and coating defects.
Does the PivotPoint™ Kit improve spray booth organization?
Yes. It centralizes part handling around a pivoting hub, creating a more structured and repeatable finishing process.
Is this considered an entry-level finishing system?
Yes. PivotPoint™ Kits serve as an entry-level solution while remaining scalable within the broader Guffey Systems ecosystem.
Can the kit be used with different coating types?
The system supports finishing processes that benefit from improved multi-surface access and controlled part positioning.
Why is a pivot-based system better for small shops?
Pivot-based finishing reduces wasted motion, shortens cycle times, and increases throughput without requiring a large capital investment.
Why choose a PivotPoint™ Kit instead of continuing with flat finishing?
PivotPoint™ Kits improve efficiency, reduce labor, enhance finish consistency, and provide a scalable path into PivotLine™ systems as your shop grows.
