The user friendly control options, „x-motion plus“ and „m-motion“ ensure absolute repeatability and individual configurable operating programs enable quick manual change of the aggregates as well as control via the smartouch control panel.

• Premilling Unit: Standard with two 1.1 kW motors (12,000 rpm) and diamond cutters, manually adjustable from 0–2 mm depth, ensuring chip-free glue joints for laminated materials. Optional upgrades include 64 mm height cutters with 1.5 kW motors or replaceable knives.
• Edge Feed System: Supports coiled material (0.4–3.0 mm) and strip material (up to 6 mm) for workpieces up to 60 mm thick, with a 750 mm coiled material support plate and guillotine cutters for pre-cutting thick PVC/ABS.
• Pressure Bar: Manually adjustable with two staggered roller tracks, accommodating workpiece heights from 8–60 mm, monitored by a stop light system. The m-motion model includes handle-based positioning.
• Chain Feed: Standard 10 m/min with rubber-covered pads for optimal grip, upgradeable to 10 & 18 m/min with automatic lubrication, ensuring smooth workpiece movement without tilting.
• End Trimming Unit: Two independent 0.35 kW motors (12,000 rpm), manually tiltable from 0°–10°, providing precise cuts with linear guides for low maintenance.
