Time as a resource was the focus in developing the tempora series. Processing edges needs to be as quick, easy, and efficient as possible. Simply convincing: completely revised, solid machining units for the highest demands in a new design, a solid, heavy-duty machine base-frame as well as precise dust extraction. The m-motion and x-motion Plus control ensures highest repeatability-setting accuracy and allows you to generate individual machining programs and to minimize setup time for fast processing and material change. The tempora series was created for individual customer needs. This allows you to flexibly choose the units in the models or to add the x-motion Plus package.

• 10.4" or 15" Smartouch Control: Intuitive m-motion interface with a 10.4" touchscreen (upgradable to 15" with x-motion Plus), featuring unlimited memory for user-defined programs, maintenance plan, odometer, and precise fine adjustments to 1/100 mm via the main control panel. The x-motion Plus option enhances connectivity with a network link and larger display for advanced monitoring.
• Premilling Unit: Two counter-rotating, activation-controlled diamond-coated spiral cutters ensure tear-free edges on laminated materials, with manual depth adjustment from 0–2 mm, providing first-class edge preparation.
• Teflon-Coated Gluepot: 1.5 kg capacity with a 10-minute warm-up time, applying approximately 375 meters of edge material on a 19 mm panel. An optional scraper cleaning unit speeds up adhesive changes, and the tool-free quick-change system supports PUR or EVA glues.
• Corner Rounding Unit: Standard feature that finishes workpiece corners (including soft-forming or post-forming materials) for edging materials from 0.4–3.0 mm thick and up to 40 mm in height without reducing feed rate, ensuring long-term precision with solid cast iron construction and tungsten carbide cutters, controlled via the control panel.

• Edge Feed System: Handles coiled material (0.4–3.0 mm) and panel materials up to 45 mm thick, with an optional strip magazine for added versatility. The infeed fence allows variable depth of cut settings via an indicator clock.
• Pressure Zone: Features a Teflon-coated aluminum roller at 90° and a rubber contact roller, with manual adjustment via the m-motion positioning system to prevent glue smearing and ensure optimal adhesion. The pressure bar adjusts automatically for workpiece heights from 8–60 mm.
• End Trimming Unit: Available in two variants: one with a 0.15 kW high-frequency motor (12,000 rpm) and 90° round guiding bar for excellent cuts in horizontal and vertical directions, or a dual-saw unit with 12,000 rpm motors, tiltable from 0°–20° (bevel) or with vertical radius, offering flexible processing modes.
• Multi-Functional Trimming Unit: Two independent 12,000 rpm motors with linear guides for flush, radius, or bevel trimming, featuring easy adjustments for edge thicknesses and profiles. The m-motion option enables motor-controlled positioning via the touchscreen for rapid setup.
• Finishing Aggregates: Includes a radius scraper for smooth finishes with manual adjustment, a surface scraper to remove glue residues, and a buffing unit with two motors for cleaning and polishing ABS/PVC edges. Optional spraying units apply release agents, antistatic solutions, lubricants, and cleaning/polishing agents with low consumption.
• Optional Enhancements: Infrared heating lamp for improved adhesion on cold workpieces, “Nesting” package for processing workpieces with hinge holes or acute angles, puReady nitrogen box for PUR adhesive flexibility, and storEdge for space-saving edge material storage with an optional support plate.
• EdgeControl: Optional Bluetooth measurement for precise edge and workpiece thickness adjustments, reducing errors.
• Air Cushion Table: Optional feature with a 1050 x 400 mm surface (expandable to 2000 x 400 mm) and a 0.75 kW blower motor for gentle handling of large, surface-sensitive workpieces.
