Mestayer brings over 15 years of advanced manufacturing and marine vessel engineering experience and more than 20 years in CNC equipment and automation. His career includes delivering successful projects for prominent clients such as Metal Shark Boats, Textron, Conrad, Bollinger, Eastern Shipbuilding, and Gulf Coast Tactical.

Raised around CNC machinery from the age of nine, Mestayer’s journey began early. By 18, he was already working with Ragin Cajun Machinery, installing and repairing CNC machines and training operators. This hands-on foundation—paired with his marine design and structural engineering expertise—has shaped a unique skillset bridging shop-floor operations, design leadership, and project management.
